Cacao Fruit is one of the most versatile fruits on earth! There is so much you can do with it! You can make chocolate ice cream, smoothies, hot chocolate, chocolate milk, brownies and other baked goods, cacao bars, and more!
The seeds of the cacao fruit are where chocolate originally comes from. However, consuming raw, fresh cacao is WAY healthier than any processed version of chocolate.
Cacao is higher in calcium than cow’s milk, it’s densely packed with iron, magnesium and antioxidants, and consuming cacao can help with issues such as depression, stress, blood pressure and heart health!
Fresh cacao contains anandamide, sometimes referred to as “the bliss molecule”, which binds to the cannabinoid receptors in the brain creating a sense of ease and happiness.Not only will consuming cacao improve your well-being, but it will also combat mood swings by boosting serotonin levels in the brain.

How To Eat Fresh Cacao:
Simple cut in half and enjoy the flesh around the seed. You can also eat the flesh and seed at the same time. Please note that the seed is bitter.

4-5 Frozen Bananas
5 Cacao seeds
1/2 tsp Peppermint OIl
½ cup Hemp Seeds
¼ Water or nut milk or your choice
Blend everything in a high speed blender until consistency is smooth like ice cream! Yummm!
